Dell-logo
It has been almost six months ago when I published my latest article. Although the site has been quiet for a long time the numbers of visitors has been stable at around 20 visitors per day.
That is a small number for a site, but somewhat good news for me because my connection would get drained if my site was popular.
This time I'm going to show you how I have modded a Dell Dimension 8200.
In the world of modding OEM computers are something ugly. They aren't the easiest to mod and the fact that thousand of people have an exactly same computer doesn't make them more unique. But an experienced modder like me doesn't get scared of those facts. Where people see impossibility I see a challenge.
If we take a look at the computer at its original appearance we can quite soon see that the round piece of plastic with the dell-logo imbedded in its self is an easy candidate for a window-mod.

After a quick check I found that it wouldn't be possible to put a window there because the hdd-rack was a little bit in the way. That is probably for the best, because which modder doesn't want to be original?
